Now is all that we have #6goodthings

In a somewhat odd attempt to recalibrate my mind a little I spend my days in search of six good things that happened in my life each day. Here is today’s list:

1. I have had no coffee today and very little caffeine.
2. It is a little after 10PM and I am in bed ready to sleep as soon as I finish this.
3. I did not spend my day glued to the screen of a gadget.
4. It rained today.
5. I completed my assignment at work.
6. While my mind did wander off a little today I did manage to notice and pull it back on task.
